Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept payment with credit/debit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, Etc…) as well as PayPal.
Q: Where is my order confirmation?
A: Your order confirmation is sent automatically to the e-mail address provided on your order. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your SPAM folder first. If you still cannot find your order the confirmation, kindly contact us at email@example.com
Q: My order never arrived.
A: Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order
status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.
We would highly recommend checking the tracking # that was sent to you by us to make sure that your package wasn't left in a different location. With that said, if your package does say "delivered",
then we would advise you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to do an investigation on your behalf. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any results if the tracking says DELIVERED. But, we will do everything in our power to assist you to recover your package.
If you have missing items from your order, please do not worry. Either, we had inventory issues or mistakes were made by our warehouse team during the shipping process. More than likely, a refund will be given or was already processed after the fact. To be sure, please contact us via email at email@example.com
Q: How do you notify me if an item is out of stock after my order has been placed?
A: If an item in your order is out of stock after your order has been placed, our customer service team will send notification via email to get a final confirmation of partial cancellation.
Q: When will my credit appear on my account?
A: Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
Q: Where do you ship in the US
A: We happily ship to all 50 states in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to
Puerto Rico and Hawaii, Alesska
Q: Can you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship to only Canada at this time. Shipment costs to Canada are different depending
on the order amount.
Q: How do I qualify for free shipping?
A: noblessehair.com offers FREE standard shipping within the US on orders of $100 or more, before
tax or shipping is applied. For shipments totaling less than $100, there is a delivery charge of
standard shipping fee via USPS.
